What’s next for We-Care?
We-Care App
We-Care will be constantly evolving and catching up with the latest technology in order to move with modern day times.
We will be using an app service so that all our staff can locate their appointments, times and tasks for individual service users.
There will also be a separate log in for service users/ next of kin/family to be able to observe arrival times of appointments and completed tasks.
Family members and loved ones can be reassured and put their mind at ease by checking the app to see when carers have arrived and ensure that they have completed relevant tasks.
Our staff ensure that all tasks are carried out in a professional and caring manner and family can rest reassured that their loved ones are in safe hands.
Covid-19
With the current situation of the world being changed by Covid- 19, we still stand tall being frontline during the pandemic, to ensure that those who are most at risk stay safe in their own homes.
To do this We-Care have imputed some safety measures such as weekly covid testing for all staff and extra PPE equipment available to keep our staff and service users as safe as possible.
