Dale manages all of We-Care’s staff to ensure our company values and standards are being met.
Daniel Lawrence
Director
Daniel is head of finance, overseeing all accounts and expenditure at We-Care.
Ezekiel Nero
Director
Ezekiel is head of recruitment and new business at WE-CARE.
Natalie
Natalie is the registered Care Manager here at We-Care. With over 15 years experience in caring, Natalie’s job consists of the day to day running of the business as well as supporting the team.
Natalie spends lots of her time communicating with other professionals to deliver the best care possible to our service users.
Samara
As well as an Office Administrator, Samara helps with updating employee timesheets and assists with payroll.
She also attends client home assessments when required and creating care plans for staff to follow.
Gima
Gima is part time care practitioner at We-Care, since joining us Gima has demonstrated she has what it takes to become a successful nurse in the future.
Always going above and beyond the call of duty. Gima studied and completed her Access to HE Level 3 Diploma-Nursing at Ruskin College Oxford and has been accepted into Oxford Brookes University to complete the rest of her nursing studies.
Rodas
Rodas is currently a part time care practitioner at We-Care, since joining us Rodas has become a valid member of our team showing a keen interest to learn more skills and gain further knowledge.
Rodas is now currently studying her Access to Nursing and Midwife Level 3 Diploma at Activate Learning City of Oxford College.
Shanique
Shanique is a full time senior care practitioner at We-Care. Since joining us in 2018 Shanique has flourished in her job role and has provided commitment to both the service users and business.
Shanique has taken on additional tasks such as training new members of care staff and making them feel part of the team welcoming them to the company.
