All new employees are fully trained in alignment with the We-Care training framework, which ensures that they have all the skills necessary to be the best carers possible.

We are prepared to provide all the necessary support and resources for them to develop and train for their Health and Social Care Diplomas and other industry-recognised qualifications.
We currently have several members of staff that have taken their careers to the next level and successfully completed Access to HE Level 3 Nursing Diploma, at Oxford Ruskin College. They have now been offered placements at university, to continue studying towards becoming a nurse.
