We carry out a comprehensive assessment so we can understand individual’s needs and requirements before a care plan is provided.
This assessment involves engaging not only with our service users but also with their families and loved ones, allowing us to fully understand their personal needs.
We then create the perfect care plan for each service user, ensuring that they are matched with the care workers most suited to their needs.
Domiciliary care
Domiciliary Care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with household tasks, managing their medication, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Supported living services
Supported living services are for people who need extra help to live in their own homes, whether as tenants or owner occupiers, living alone or with others.
Support can range from a few hours a week, to help with everyday tasks or 24-hour care.
End of life care
End of Life care is support for people who are in their last months or years of their lives. We-Care aim to help our service users live as comfortable as possible.
We understand that excellent end of life care should be tailored around the needs of the service user and their loved ones. Our care staff are highly trained and will ensure that our service users are provided with the best care possible.
Each care decision that is made is with the consent of the service user and their families and we will always honour their wishes and requirements.
Waking night care
Waking night care, supports people who need closer support during the night, which requires the carer to be awake from night to day, to support and carry out any care tasks during the night as required
Sleeping night care
Our sleeping nights require the care staff to be present with the service user over night as and when support is needed. During the visit the care staff are able to sleep unless they are required to support the service users.
