We-Care offer specialised care services in three areas:
- Domiciliary Care
- Supported Living Services
- End of Life Care
Before any of our care specialists provide care for our clients, we take an extensive review of our service users’ needs and requirements. This review involves engagement with our clients and their families, allowing us to fully understand their personal needs. We then create the perfect care plan for each service user, ensuring that they are matched with the care worker most suited to their needs.
Domiciliary care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Supported Living Services
Supported living services is for people who need extra help to live in their own homes, whether as tenants or owner occupiers, living alone or with others. Support can range from a few hours a week, to help with everyday tasks or 24 hour care.
End of Life Care
End of Life care is support for people who are in the last months or years of their lives. We-Care aims to help our service users live as comfortably as possible, we understand that excellent end of life care should be tailored around the needs of the service user and their loved ones. Our carers are highly trained and will ensure that our service users are provided with the best care available. Each care decision that is made is with the approval of the service user and their families and we will always honour their wishes and requirements.
